In order to recognize, motivate, encourage, and create motivation for all employees to constantly be creative, contributing to improving the efficiency of production and business activities, on September 23, 2023, the Trade Union of Xi Joint Stock Company Xuan Thanh bamboo shoots organized rewards for employees who actively participated in the 1 million initiatives program.

Implementing the Program "1 million initiatives - efforts to overcome difficulties, creativity, determination to win the Covid-19 pandemic launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Construction Industry Trade Union of Ha Nam province, since January From April 2022 to September 2023, the Union of Xuan Thanh Cement Joint Stock Company organized and announced the implementation of the Program to all departments and units in the company.
